Gerrit Bothof Sr.Gerrit Bothof Sr. has been building things since the day he could pick up a tool. Being the high school shop teacher's favorite student soon translated into an Industrial Arts degree from Fresno State. In 1975 he founded Bothof Construction, doing everything from minor dairy construction to remodels and custom homes. His true passion is building things, and not running a business. Therefore, he has since handed over the management side of the company to his eldest son Gerrit Bothof Jr. and is more than happy to continue using his craftsmanship and love for building things on the job site. |

Gerrit Bothof Jr.Gerrit Jr. has been working for Bothof Construction nearly from birth. He graduated from Fresno State University with a degree in Construction Management and now oversees each project at Bothof Construction. Gerrit is a problem-solver and has a unique grasp of all aspects of construction, from the big picture down to the smallest detail. |

Chris comes from construction lending, with an extensive background in maintenance supervision and electrical/mechanical construction. John PloegstraJohn Ploegstra has been with us for 6 months. He has proven his skills to be a great asset with the company. With his family history in construction. He developed an eye for design and creativity which allowed him to be involved with family projects. His creativity drives his passion for creating music and helping at his church. He combines this knowledge with his creative abilities to do the design and drafting for Bothof Construction. |
